Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Deputy CFO to support executive leadership in driving financial performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong foundation in financial strategy, planning & analysis, compliance, and stakeholder management. This role works closely with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute the company’s financial vision and operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership
- Lead and support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee cash flow, treasury functions, working capital management, and liquidity planning
- Manage and coordinate company audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare, review, and present financial statements and management reports
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
- Provide strategic insights to support business decisions, investments, and growth initiatives
- Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
- Mentor and lead finance team members to enhance performance and capability
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 10–15 years of relevant finance experience, with leadership responsibilities
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proven experience in financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and audits
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, strategic, and hands-on environment
