Main Responsibilities :
1. Key Account Management
• Manage a portfolio of high-value dental accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and maintain high engagement.
• Understand customer needs, purchasing behavior, and operational challenges.
2. Sales Growth & Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Expand the product mix within each account.
3. Market & Business Development
• Onboard new clinics, centers, and group practices.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, contracts, and exclusive agreements.
• Present new launches, promotions, and full product solutions.
4. Account Planning & Analysis
• Prepare annual account plans with forecasts, KPIs, and growth strategies.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competition inside each account.
• Develop action plans to defend and grow market share.
5. Customer Support & Training
• Act as the main liaison between the customer and internal departments (logistics, finance, technical).
• Solve order issues, stock concerns, and after-sales requirements promptly.
• Provide product demos, training, and technical support when needed.
6. CRM & Reporting
• Record visits, interactions, and opportunities on CRM tools.
• Submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales forecasts.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in dental sales & key account management.
• Strong understanding of dental consumables, equipment, and infection-control products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel.
