Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain rolling forecasts based on sales history, market trends, and commercial insights.
Prepare and execute production plans aligned with demand, safety stock levels, and available capacity.
Lead the S&OP cycle to ensure synchronization between demand and supply.
Improve forecast accuracy and bias, ensuring data integrity.
Optimize inventory levels and reduce slow-moving or excess stock.
Monitor planned vs. actual production, enhancing efficiency and utilization.
Manage inventory across GCC distributors and coordinate purchase orders.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Production teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in demand and production planning, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle).
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI preferred).
Solid understanding of S&OP, MRP, and inventory management principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Team player with strong analytical and organizational skills.
