Job Title: Delivery Partner – Banking IT Engagement
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Looking for Bilingual ( Arabic speakers)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective execution.
• Provide strategic leadership in Banking IT landscapes, covering Core Banking, Digital Channels, and System Integration (SI) environments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders (both IT & Business), internal teams, and partners in a matrix organization.
• Ensure service design, planning, execution, and governance align with customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Drive regulatory compliance and adhere to data security and cybersecurity standards within Banking operations.
• Monitor service risks and proactively mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure seamless execution.
• Own the P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibility for the engagement, optimizing costs while maintaining service excellence.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Business, IT, and Operations, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster innovation in tools, processes, and technologies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Required Experience & Skills:
Professional Experience:
• Minimum 18 years of experience in IT services, with at least 5-7 years managing large-scale Banking IT engagements.
• Proven experience in handling Transformation Programs within the Banking domain.
• Strong expertise in RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and solution articulation.
• Prior experience working with SI (System Integration) responsibilities in a COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) environment.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure Technologies relevant to Banking IT operations.
Technical & Domain Expertise:
• Banking Domain Knowledge: Strong proficiency across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, Capital Markets, and Digital Banking.
• Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience in emerging tech trends, including Automation, Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cybersecurity.
Leadership & Management Skills:
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business teams.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in complex, matrix environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities in dynamic environments.
Communication & Collaboration:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex Banking and IT concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills to drive alignment between business and IT teams.
• Arabic Language skills besides outstanding English skills is mandatory.
Educational & Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Preferred Certifications:
o Banking & Finance-related certifications (e.g., Certified Banking Professional)
o Certifications in Digital, Cloud, AI, and Automation technologies
o Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
