Delivery Fit-Out Manager Full Time NEW

We are hiring a Delivery Fit-Out Manager to lead and oversee fit-out delivery across high-end hospitality and resort developments.

The ideal candidate will have strong owner-side or PMC experience managing luxury fit-out projects from design coordination through construction, quality governance, operational readiness, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit-out delivery governance and execution oversight

• Manage coordination between consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors

• Oversee mock-ups, material approvals, inspections, and QA/QC processes

• Ensure compliance with approved designs, hospitality standards, and operational requirements

• Manage snagging, de-snagging, and handover readiness

• Coordinate fit-out interfaces with MEP/ELV and specialist systems

• Support digital handover requirements, including O&M documentation, warranties, and FM acceptance

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in construction/fit-out delivery

• Strong background in hospitality, resorts, or luxury developments

• Experience in owner-side, PMC, or client representative roles is highly preferred

• Strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities

• Experience using CDE platforms such as ACC, Aconex, or Asite is preferred
