Hiring: DC Supervisor
Location: Qassim/Bisha
Function: Supply Chain / Warehousing
About the Role
NADEC, one of the largest and most advanced dairy companies in the Middle East, is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee daily distribution center operations. The role is responsible for supervising warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, achieving operational KPIs, and supporting efficient stock handling and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise DC operations including receiving, picking, dispatching, inventory, and returns
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, HACCP, SFDA, and company standards
- Monitor daily KPIs, workloads, and resource utilization to meet operational targets
- Ensure proper product handling, cold chain management, and stock rotation
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and system data
- Control DC consumables, overtime, and operational costs
- Ensure depot hygiene, cleanliness, and asset protection
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team‑leading role
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety standards
- Good command of Microsoft Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
