Job Description:
• Providing technical support for the CONNX product – ongoing maintenance of synchronization processes and interfaces, including building and loading system configurations, performing tests through production deployment and production support, upgrades, and issue management: internally with Migdal’s development and DBA teams and externally with the SAG vendor.
• Installation and upgrades of system components across various environments – on Linux RedHat servers.
• Structured, consistent, and documented work with development teams for troubleshooting and required improvements.
• Writing technical documents – documenting process components, tracking tasks, implementing alerts, and defining incident response procedures.
• Learning and deepening knowledge of the product technology to become a subject matter expert.
• Integration into a professional team and reporting to the Infrastructure Team Lead.
Job Requirements:
• Advanced background in Oracle DB and SQL – at least 3 years.
• Advanced knowledge in daily operations and administration of Linux systems – at least 3 years.
• Experience working with Windows applications.
• Self-learning ability and willingness to specialize in the replication domain.
• Ability to work with development and infrastructure teams.
• Accuracy and organization in technical and process documentation.
• Knowledge of Adabas database and Natural language – significant advantage.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial systems – advantage.
• Previous experience with Adabas & Oracle-based systems and ETL processes – advantage.
