Data Reporting & Analytics Lead Full Time NEW

We are Looking for Data Reporting & Analytics Specialist, who will be responsible for efficient integration and consolidation of data into the banks data systems and reporting tool.

Key Roles & Accountabilities:

• Ensure efficient integration and consolidation of data into the banks data systems and reporting tool.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality, accuracy, and security.
• Establish and maintain data management standards and best practices.
• Manage the development and maintenance of data warehouses and data lakes.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the business units.
• Ensure reports/ Dashboards are accurate, timely, and meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain visual representations of data to help stakeholders understand complex information.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide business decisions.
• Lead data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
• Lead and guide a team of data analysts and reporting specialists.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or equivalent; Masters degree preferred
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Data analysis, reporting, or related field. .

Technical Competencies:

• Advanced working skills and knowledge with both RDBMS and SQL, with established command and working with a variety of databases.
• Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Extensive experience working with Data visualization and advanced analytics tools egPowerBI, Tableau.. etc. and ability to present data findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data integration and ETL processes including ETL tools (Informatica, Talend) as well as more recent big data tools.
• Expertise in Data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in Data quality and governance and ability to implement and enforce data governance polices to ensure data accuracy, consistency and security.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark and Kafka.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of best practice in data security and privacy.

Soft Competences:

• Fluent in English.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving, conflict resolution, communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work and communicate collectively with business.
