🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards

• Establishing data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models across business units

• Leading data quality, metadata management, and master data management (MDM) initiatives

• Ensuring compliance with UAE data protection regulations and organizational policies

• Collaborating with business, technology, risk, audit, and compliance teams to strengthen data management practices

• Defining governance metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor data health and compliance

• Driving data literacy and fostering a culture of responsible data usage

🎯 Who You Are

• Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, MDM, or Information Management roles

• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks such as DAMA, DCAM, COBIT, or similar methodologies

• Experience implementing governance programs within large enterprises or complex business environments

• Understanding of data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strategic thinker with the ability to align governance initiatives with business objectives

• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Government, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Energy, or Large Enterprise environments is highly desirable
