This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into the company’s systems, maintaining and managing records, verifying data accuracy, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The role also involves ensuring data integrity and supporting internal teams with data-related requests.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Typing and strong Computer Literacy, including familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Customer Service skills to support internal and external stakeholders professionally
Experience in Administrative Assistance, including managing records and maintaining organized documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering and managing data
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data management or administration are a plus
