About the Role
Keeta is looking for a commercially minded Data Analytics Business Partner to support business growth through deep insights and analytical strategy. In this role, you will work closely with the Commercial and Operations teams to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive merchant performance and category growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging data and business, influencing decisions, and working closely with frontline sales teams.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze merchant performance metrics (GMV, orders, AOV, conversion, fulfillment) to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps.
- Use SQL and data tools to extract, clean, and analyze data for day-to-day business decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and support decision-making.
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Business Development teams and merchant discussions.
- Support campaign analysis and evaluate performance across conversion funnels and growth metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to design data-backed growth strategies.
- Lead analytical projects end-to-end, from problem definition to insights and execution.
What We Need From You
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or strategy roles from food delivery, e-commerce, or tech industries.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Ability to translate data into business insights and clear recommendations.
- Strong understanding of business drivers and category performance.
- Experience working closely with sales or commercial teams is highly preferred.
- Structured thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
