We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in 6th of October City.

🔹 Full-time opportunity

🔹 Evening Shift | Monday–Friday

🔹 Salary: 14,000 EGP + 500 EGP Performance Bonus

🔹 On-site role (Remote option available for female candidates)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience

• English level B2 or higher

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
