Role Description
ETISAL International Group is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent for its English Account, based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling customer inquiries, addressing and resolving complaints, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues. Additional responsibilities include managing customer accounts and providing clear and effective communication throughout each interaction.
