Ferring+You

Carry out the order to invoice process, including maintenance of accurate shipment dates, providing the right credit notes, payment terms, etc.

Your day at Ferring

• Oversee and manage the completion of lifecycle orders:
• Study review (stock availability, coming orders, In market Sales, stock inventory report)
• Placing orders with distributors based on the study review results
• Communicate the official order with Amman office
• Follow up with customer service regarding any unmatching data or deviation
• Review DF on monthly basis, making sure to align the forecast with the open orders (Private & Tender) and approved budget.
• Handle all issues related to shipping procedure with distributor (Invoices, CoA, COO, packing list, AWB, …etc.) to get authority approval and airlines green light
• Active participation in tender business with all needed elements.

You bring the following skills and experience to Ferring:

• B.Sc. in Supply Management Business
• 3 – 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals field
• Fluent in English language.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle the pressure of meeting productivity goals & deadlines.
