Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional French Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting hotel guests and hotel staff members by handling inbound calls, resolving customer concerns, and providing exceptional service experiences.

Candidates must be fluent in French with good English communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilitie

• sHandle inbound calls from hotel guests and hotel staff members professionally and efficiently
• .Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and technical support requests
• .Create and manage support tickets using internal systems according to company standards and procedures
• .Resolve tickets in accordance with company policies and properly escalate issues when required
• .Handle email communication with clients when requested
• .Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and positive company image
• .Adhere to attendance policies and operational procedures
• .Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and KVIs
• .Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
• .Stay updated on company systems, technologies, and operational policies
