• Customer Interaction:
• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Understanding customer needs and providing advice on suitable banking products and services
• Responding to customer inquiries related to accounts and digital banking services
• Processing Requests and Transactions:
• Opening new bank accounts and updating customer information
• Customer Issue Resolution:
• Handling customer complaints and resolving them effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Compliance and Banking Policies:
• Adhering to all local and international banking regulations and policies
• Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures and protecting customers’ financial data
• التعامل مع العملاء:
• استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم
• فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم المشورة حول المنتجات والخدمات المصرفية المناسبة
• الإجابة على استفسارات العملاء المتعلقة بالحسابات، والخدمات الإلكترونية
• معالجة الطلبات والمعاملات:
• فتح الحسابات المصرفية الجديدة وتحديث بيانات العملاء
• حل مشكلات العملاء:

Requirements

✅ Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor is degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

✅ Work Experience:

• 1-3 years of previous experience in the banking sector or a similar role
