Customer Service Representative — Part-Time Petriotics | Beirut (On-site) | Mon–Fri 5:00–9:00 PM, Sat 12:00–4:00 PM
Petriotics is a fast-growing pet e-commerce company in Lebanon, known for premium products, fast delivery, and exceptional customer care. We’re looking for friendly, organized, pet-loving Customer Service Representatives to join our evening team.
What You’ll Do
- Help customers choose the best products for their pets based on needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Place orders on behalf of customers and handle exchanges or refunds per company policy
- Follow up with customers to ensure they’re happy with their orders
- Resolve complaints calmly and professionally, and log them properly
- Coordinate with the operations team on deliveries, special requests, and urgent orders
- Manage inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
- Assist walk-in customers with pickups, basic questions, and occasional loading
- Handle cash for pickup orders and ensure accurate transactions
- Log customer feedback, requests, and notes in our internal systems
- Recommend complementary products and support repeat-purchase reminders
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- You’re a pet owner who genuinely understands pet owners
- Extremely friendly, patient, and customer-focused
- Strong multitasking and organization skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Comfortable using a computer, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools
Nice to have:
- French language skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, or hospitality
- Knowledge of pet products, nutrition, or pet care (training provided)
- Calm personality and strong problem-solving

- Schedule: Mon–Fri 5:00–9:00 PM, Sat 12:00–4:00 PM (24 hrs/week), on-site in Beirut
