About the Role:
- Handle customer calls and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Log interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up
- Investigate customer issues by coordinating with sales and operations teams
- Communicate proactively during deliveries, providing updates and managing expectations
- Prepare reports on shipment complaints and feedback
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and services to ensure compliance and quality
