We are looking for a presentable and energetic female candidate to join our team as a Customer Service, Receptionist & Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing front desk activities, and supporting the company’s social media presence professionally and creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and handle front desk activities professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails efficiently.
- Manage and follow up on customer requests and complaints.
- publish content on the company’s social media platforms.
- Reply to messages and comments on social media professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain organized records and reports when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or social media management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
