Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with day‑to‑day back‑office and administrative operations
Support documentation processes such as:
Air Waybills (AWBs)
Invoices
Shipping and customs paperwork
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (agents, carriers, customers)
Update shipment tracking and operational records
Support basic customer follow‑ups and email coordination
Learn freight forwarding processes across air, sea, and land freight
Desired Candidate Profile
Students or recent graduates in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong interest in freight forwarding and logistics operations
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and proactive
Prior logistics exposure is a plus but not mandatory
