This crucial role offers you the opportunity to directly optimize our global supply chain by driving seamless order processing, meticulous export documentation, and strong client relationships in a key growth market.
You will be central to our order management, expertly overseeing customer accounts from inquiry resolution to guaranteeing on-time order fulfillment. This involves close collaboration with our supply team and precise coordination of international shipments with freight forwarders across global platforms. Your responsibilities include preparing invoices, managing all export paperwork, handling certificate submissions, and delivering original documents to banks.

We’re looking for someone with:
– 3+ years in export operations or order management (MEG region experience highly preferred).
– Deep understanding of Incoterms and export documentation.
– Proficiency in SAP and strong communication skills.
– Fluent English language (additional languages are a plus).
– A meticulous approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Sheraton – Heliopolis
Working Hours: 09:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m
Days off: Friday & Saturday
Flexibility: Occasional work during weekend days (e.g., Fridays) or public holidays may be required, especially during peak times or as operational needs demand.
