Job Title: Customer Growth & Retention Agent (English Account)

Compensation: $340/month $2.00 USD / hour

Bonus: Performance-based by KPI (Up to $100/month additional available)

Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in Egypt)

The Mission

ZoomyRoom is a flat-sharing application designed to make finding the perfect flatmate easy. We are looking for Customer Growth Agents who are experts at phone outreach and relationship management. You won’t just be “making calls”—you will be a concierge, helping users successfully list their rooms and find their next flatmate.

What You Will Do

• Active Outreach: Call and WhatsApp users who are listing rooms on other platforms. Your goal is to guide them through downloading the ZoomyRoom app and activating their listing.
• Listing Management: Use our Admin Panel to accurately create and mirror listings, ensuring all data and photos are high-quality and professional.
• User Concierge (Retention): Manage your own pipeline of users. You will follow up with them 3–7 days after they join to ensure they are getting views and reviewing their applications.
• Growth Hustle: Engage with community groups on Facebook and Reddit to drive traffic and build awareness for ZoomyRoom.

Who You Are

• Fluent in English: You have near-native spoken and written English.
• Persuasive & Persistent: You enjoy the “sales” aspect of growth and aren’t discouraged by a “no.”
• Detail-Oriented: You can move data from one platform to another without making mistakes.
• Reliable: You have a stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a “zero-flake” attitude toward your scheduled hours.
• 1 year of experience calling US or UK citisens.

Terms of Engagement

• Direct Freelance: This is an hourly role. You are paid for exactly the hours you work. (Paid Vacation or breaks)
• No Work, No Pay: We use simple time-tracking tools. You have the flexibility to manage your life, but we expect 100% reliability during your committed shifts.
• Growth Potential: High-performing agents will be the first in line for Team Lead promotions as we expand the team.
