Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager/Customer Retention Specialist based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role focuses on managing customer accounts, building and nurturing client relationships, and designing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, identifying upselling opportunities, ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations. The Account Manager/Customer Retention Specialist will also analyze customer data to develop insights and strategies that drive long-term business success.
