The Brau Customer Engagement Team is responsible for the overall communication to the company. Our business has built its core around customer service and going the extra mile for our clients. Therefore, this role requires great attention to detail and the highest level of customer service in order to elevate the customer service journey.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Manage all communications received by Brau (WhatsApp, Instagram, Calls, Emails, Online Bookings)
Develop and improve Brau customer engagement scripts
Respond to all enquires with the high standards set by the Customer Engagement Team
Facilitate complaint resolution
Managing and optimizing the salon schedule
Meet monthly sales targets
Knowledge, skills, abilities
Strong customer relationship management
Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers
Knowledge of the beauty industry and treatments that we provide
Ability to handle complaints and conflict resolution professionally with calmness and self-control
Professional verbal and written English and Arabic
Time management: ensuring time is managed between different channels of communication
Education and experience
Education
High School Diploma or Higher
Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in contact center or customer service for a luxury brand or experience working within a luxury beauty, hospitality, or medical environment
Previous beauty industry experience in preferred but not essential
Due to the nature of the job, candidate must speak fluent in English and Arabic
