The Customer Care Representative plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between Boston Scientific, its customers, and distribution partners. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, processing orders, and supporting the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle.
Based in Riyadh, you will contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance in all order processing and customer service activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
