Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent for a full-time, on-site position located in Kuwait City. As a Customer Care Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional support to resolve issues effectively. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions via calls, emails, and in-person communication, addressing customer concerns, processing orders, and providing product recommendations. You will also assist in improving the overall customer experience by building strong relationships and ensuring customer needs are met promptly and professionally.
