Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent for a full-time, on-site position located in Kuwait City. As a Customer Care Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional support to resolve issues effectively. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions via calls, emails, and in-person communication, addressing customer concerns, processing orders, and providing product recommendations. You will also assist in improving the overall customer experience by building strong relationships and ensuring customer needs are met promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support strategies
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently with a focus on problem-solving
• Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with customer handling software is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
• Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is an asset
