Role Description

The Creative & Experience Events Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing the creation and delivery of tailored event proposals, designing and executing creative event concepts, experiences and managing event planning from inception to completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that events meet both client expectations and company standards, while adhering to budgets and timelines. This role also requires identifying trends to innovate and improve the company’s offerings in the events industry, leading internal communication, marketing, design team to create great proposals and experiences meeting clients needs.

Qualifications

• Event planning and organizational skills for managing multiple events and coordinating seamlessly.
• Creativity and innovative thinking for designing unique concepts and impactful experiences tailored to client needs.
• Proposal writing and presentation skills to develop persuasive and personalized event proposals.
• Strong project management skills to manage budgets of proposals, timelines, and vendor communications successfully.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for building strong client relationships and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with market trends and best practices in the field of events and exhibitions management.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred.
• Relevant experience in event management or creative industries, along with a bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field, is highly desirable.
