Prepare and maintain accurate cost records for materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and inventory valuation.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed cost analysis and insights.
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis.
Prepare various financial analyses related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for customers as needed to support decision-making.
Set up new raw material, packaging, WIP, and FG items; create and maintain production BOMs; maintain periodic cost rolls/updates.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management review.
Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying cost efficiencies
Experience in financial management and controlling costs in a production or manufacturing environment
Proficient in data analysis software and tools related to cost management
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications in cost management are a plus
Prior experience in the poultry or food production industry is an advantage
