Position Summary:
The Cost Control Manager is responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling all project cost-related activities on behalf of the Client/PMC. The role ensures that project costs, forecasts, commitments, and expenditures are accurately tracked and reported while supporting project delivery within approved budgets.
The Cost Control Manager will work closely with Commercial, Contracts, Planning, Engineering, Construction, and Project Management teams to provide accurate cost analysis, forecasting, risk assessments, and management reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is client-side (PMC) and focuses on oversight, governance, reporting, and strategic cost management rather than contractor execution.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline
-12–15+ years of experience in Cost Control, Commercial Management, or Project Controls
-Experience within PMC, Consultant, or major infrastructure organizations
-Experience on large-scale infrastructure or mega projects
-Proven experience managing project budgets exceeding $100M+
