🎯 The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to support the development and execution of enterprise-level strategies that drive business growth and organizational transformation. You will partner with senior leaders to analyze markets, evaluate opportunities, develop strategic plans, and translate business objectives into actionable initiatives.

• Develop and execute corporate strategy initiatives aligned with organizational vision and long-term objectives
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor assessments, and business intelligence activities
• Identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic investment areas
• Support annual strategic planning, business reviews, and executive decision-making processes
• Develop strategic frameworks, business cases, and recommendations for leadership teams
• Analyze business performance, financial metrics, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
• Evaluate new markets, partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution plans
• Monitor strategic initiatives, milestones, risks, and business outcomes
• Prepare executive presentations, strategy reports, and management insights
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align teams around strategic priorities
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors affecting the business

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Strategy, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, strategic planning, or related roles
• Strong experience in strategic analysis, business planning, and executive-level reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to translate complex information into clear strategic recommendations
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of business models, market analysis, and competitive strategy
• Ability to work with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools

• MBA or Master’s degree in Strategy, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
• Experience from management consulting firms, corporate strategy teams, investment environments, or high-growth companies
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks, financial modeling, market sizing, and scenario planning
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, or corporate transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of digital strategy, innovation, and emerging business models
• Experience working across multiple markets or international organizations
• Knowledge of Middle East business environments is an advantage
