About the Role
NXT Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Governance & Compliance Expert to join our growing network of consultants. The selected professional will contribute to advisory, training, and capacity-building initiatives supporting organizations in strengthening governance frameworks, compliance practices, and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in corporate governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Support the design and delivery of governance and compliance advisory projects.
- Develop and review governance-related policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
- Contribute to training programs, workshops, and executive learning initiatives.
- Advise on regulatory compliance requirements and risk mitigation practices.
- Support organizations in enhancing board effectiveness, accountability, and oversight mechanisms.
- Prepare professional reports, assessments, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Corporate Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or related areas.
- Professional certifications are an advantage (e.g., TOT, CGEIT, GRCP, CRCM, CIA, ICA certifications, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of governance principles, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in the banking, financial services, or corporate sector is highly desirable.
