Corporate Communications & Strategic Partnerships Executive LuLu Financial Holdings — Abu Dhabi, UAE

LuLu Financial Holdings is seeking a dynamic, commercially minded and polished Corporate Communications & Strategic Partnerships Executive to support the execution of its global communications strategy and drive the identification and development of new institutional and commercial partnerships across a diversified portfolio spanning financial services, fintech, digital payments, and cultural initiatives.

This is a dual-function, hands-on execution role working closely with senior leadership to bring the group’s communications vision to life and build the strategic relationships that power its next phase of growth — across media, institutional partners, international organisations, and prospective business partners.

Media Relations & PR Execution

• Execute proactive media outreach to Tier 1 and Tier 2 regional and international outlets including Bloomberg, CNBC Arabia, WSJ, Reuters, Forbes Middle East, Finance Middle East, and Economy Middle East.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, op-eds, and executive statements on behalf of group leadership.
• Build and maintain an active journalist and editor contact database across print, digital, and broadcast.
• Monitor media coverage, compile press clippings, and produce regular reporting on share of voice and sentiment.

Executive & Leadership Communications

• Prepare executive briefing packs for media appearances, panel discussions, and institutional meetings.
• Draft correspondence, talking points, and stakeholder communications on behalf of leadership.
• Support personal brand building for senior executives across public-facing platforms and industry forums.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

• Identify, research and qualify prospective partners across financial services, fintech, payments, government, and institutional sectors in alignment with the group’s growth priorities.
• Lead the communications and outreach strategy for new partnership opportunities — crafting introductory materials, capability decks, pitch narratives, and partnership proposals tailored to each prospect.
• Serve as first point of contact and relationship manager for incoming and outgoing partnership enquiries, ensuring timely and professional engagement at every stage of the business development cycle.
• Coordinate due diligence preparation and partner onboarding communications in collaboration with senior leadership and the legal team.
• Maintain a live pipeline tracker of partnership opportunities, tracking status, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Support the structuring of MoUs, letters of intent, and partnership agreements from a communications and narrative standpoint.
• Represent LuLu Financial Holdings at networking events, industry forums, and bilateral meetings as a credible, articulate brand ambassador.

Institutional Relations

• Serve as first point of contact for global and regional institutional organisations including the World Economic Forum, government entities, cultural institutions, and industry bodies.
• Liaise with partners such as ADGM, ADYBC, Abu Dhabi Chamber, Sorbonne Abu Dhabi, and cultural initiatives under the group’s portfolio.

Events & Activations

• Support communications around key industry events including Abu Dhabi Finance Week, Dubai Fintech Summit, WEF, Money Expo, Semafor World Economy Summit and TIME100 Impact Awards.
• Identify speaking and sponsorship opportunities for senior leadership that advance both the group’s brand and its partnership pipeline.

Content & Digital Communications

• Support the development of content for group social media channels across 10+ markets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across subsidiaries (LuLu Exchange, LuLu Money, Digit9).
• Produce partnership announcement content including press releases, social posts, and internal communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience working in or alongside financial services, fintech, payments, or professional services strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable experience managing or supporting a business development or partnership pipeline, including drafting proposals, capability documents, or pitch materials.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Highly professional presentation: this role involves direct interaction with C-suite executives, international institutional partners, government entities, and senior media figures.
• Strong commercial instinct — able to identify partnership opportunities, communicate value propositions clearly, and move conversations forward with confidence.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the GCC media landscape, regional business culture, and international communications norms.
• Experience supporting personal branding or executive communications is a plus.
