• Yomn (wwwyomn.sa) is a small Saudi consultancy dedicated to driving social impact, economic development, and innovation. Our ultimate goal is improving people’s lives – including but not limited to health, climate change, education, women empowerment, sustainability, human rights, etc.
• We engage with prestigious government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and non-profit organizations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• We are opening a new office in Lebanon and are looking for a highly capable generalist to help us build and run it.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats — someone who can handle operations, HR, hiring, and office management while also contributing to strategic priorities such as business development, presentations, and marketing.
• We’re looking for someone who is pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and excited about building something from the ground up.
• Someone who wants to feel like a founder, not like an employee: this is NOT a typical 9-5 job – this is for people who want to build a company (equity is offered in return)
• You MUST have top tier consulting experience and ideally startup experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development Support

• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
• Support marketing, social media and BD activities

2. Internal operations / Co-ordination

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administration
• Improve internal processes
• Create dashboards and define processes for all aspects of the company

3. Strategy & Project Delivery

• Support leadership on strategic priorities and help pivot when needed
• Some project delivery when needed

4. HR & Recruitment

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
• Help build and manage the local team
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• MUST: 10+ years of experience, ideally in both top tier consulting (strategy/management consulting or marketing/digital consulting) and startups or fast-paced organizations
• Well-rounded experience (from strategy to operations and admin, whatever needs to get done)
• High ambition, drive and hunger to create a great company
• Ownership and result-driven mindset
• Immediate availability preferred
• Fluent in both English and Arabic
• Based in Beirut
