About the Role

Job Title: Control Room Supervisor

Job Location: Halfaya, Maysan Iraq

Department: On-sync Energy Management Services- Operations and Maintenance Halfaya

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor and analyze production data and equipment operating conditions through the central control system to ensure safe and efficient operations.
2. Identify operational abnormalities in major equipment and promptly report issues to the Central Control Supervisor and Equipment Supervisor.
3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with on-site operators to support smooth production activities and emergency response operations.
4. Assist in managing production operations during emergency situations to maintain operational safety and continuity.
5. Supervise central control operators in collecting accurate and complete production and operational data.
6. Ensure proper organization, documentation, and archiving of production records and operational reports.
7. Prepare and submit production reports and operational documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational standards, and safety regulations under supervisor guidance.

Requirements

1. Possess solid knowledge of oil, gas, and water production operations and processes.
2. Familiar with oil and gas surface gathering, transportation systems, and related processing facilities.
3. Experienced in monitoring and operating production systems within a control room environment.
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a control room operations role within the oil and gas industry.
