Position Title: Contracts Manager -KSA

About the Client:
A renowned EPC contracting company in Al Khobar, KSA trusted within industrial sectors across Middle East region.
Job Description:
- Lead full lifecycle management of subcontracts including drafting, administration, amendments, and close-out.
- Drive commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, variations, and contractual conditions with subcontractors.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with scope, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Manage contractual risks, claims, disputes, and ensure alignment with project and client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Construction/Engineering within Oil & Gas sector
- Must have proven skills in handling large scale projects in GCC (subcontract administration, claims management, and commercial negotiations)
- Must have ARAMCO and or ADNOC experience
