THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Content Strategist & Creative Planner who thinks in ideas — not tasks.
You will own the creative direction for multiple clients across different industries. You will develop quarterly content strategies from scratch. You will walk into a brand, understand it deeply, and generate original shoot concepts, post ideas and campaign angles independently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop quarterly content strategies and monthly content calendars for multiple clients
- Generate original shoot concepts, post ideas, scripts and campaign directions
- Brief and lead our photographers, videographers and graphic designers
- Present and defend creative ideas with confidence
- Monitor content performance and continuously improve based on data
- Stay ahead of trends on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and beyond
- Contribute creative thinking to VIRAL’s own brand and projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years experience in content creation, social media strategy or creative planning
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content strategy
- Experience briefing photographers, videographers and designers
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Based in Kuwait
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with AI content tools
- Experience working in or with F&B brands
- Personal content or social media presence that shows your creative thinking
