Content Researcher
We are looking for a resourceful Content Researcher to support the development of high-quality, Youtube content.
This role goes beyond collecting information. You will take ownership of research and content support from early topic exploration through post-script visual collection. The right person can find strong material, organize it clearly, identify worthwhile angles, and help shape an executable final product.
You will work closely with writers and editors to improve workflow, strengthen content quality, and support production with clear research, visual direction, and actionable notes.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct market, topic, and material research using provided tools and resources
- Identify strong video opportunities, angles, and supporting evidence
- Organize research in a clear, practical format that writers can use immediately
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality

Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency
- Strong research skills across content, media, and market analysis
- Good judgment when evaluating source quality and relevance
- Ability to translate findings into clear, actionable output
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working closely with writers, editors, and creative teams
- Ability to use AI tools effectively as part of the workflow
Nice to Have
- Experience working with YouTube channels, documentary-style content, or digital media teams
- Experience with visual research, clip sourcing, or edit support
- Understanding of audience retention, content packaging, and competitive content strategy
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve research efficiency and automate parts of the workflow
