Content Operations and Platform QA Coordinator. Full Time NEW

We’re a fast-growing, Arabic-first edtech startup building exam-prep for families across the GCC. We’re hiring a reliable, detail-obsessed Content Operations & Production Coordinator to keep our content engine running end to end. This is a full-time, fully-remote contractor role with a clear, process-driven scope.

What you’ll do:

• Operate our AI content pipeline — trigger draft generation, collect outputs, and route them to our subject specialists for validation
• Produce videos from approved scripts using Synthesia (template/avatar-based) — render, caption, and publish
• Create simple graphics from templates (Canva — thumbnails, social tiles, lesson visuals)
• Format and publish approved content into our platform — keep folders, files, and naming consistent
• Track content across all production stages in our trackers; run completeness checks before items move forward
• Coordinate with offshore subject specialists — scheduling, follow-ups, chasing deliverables
• Add metadata/tags (subject, topic, grade) and organise media assets (Drive, CDN)
• Test new screens on desktop + mobile; log any visual/display/link issues clearly to a tracker
• Maintain checklists and simple process docs as our workflows develop

Important — what this role does NOT do: write or edit the academic content itself, judge whether content is correct, touch payments, or make content decisions. You operate the tools and flag issues; our specialists and team own the substance. We’ll train you on our internal systems.

Working arrangement: Full-time contractor, fully remote. 8 hours/day, Saturday–Thursday (Friday off), overlapping 9am–5pm Bahrain time (GMT+3). Paid monthly in USD via Wise. Begins with a paid 2-week trial.
