Role Description The Content Creator Intern is a full-time internship, on-site role based in Dubai, focused on producing engaging digital content that promotes Spartans Boxing Club’s brand, programs, and community. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in planning, shooting, and editing short-form videos and images for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The role includes supporting content calendars, capturing content during classes and events, and collaborating with coaches and staff to highlight member stories and club culture. The intern will also help write captions, adapt content to different channels, and monitor basic engagement metrics under the guidance of the marketing team. This position offers hands-on experience in fitness and lifestyle content production within a dynamic, community-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, capture, and edit visual content (basic photo and video production and editing skills).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong written communication skills for captions, short posts, and simple storytelling.
• Interest in fitness, boxing, or sports communities and willingness to be present on the gym floor to capture content.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site with diverse members, trainers, and teams in a professional and respectful manner.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, media, communications, design, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps, or similar) is an advantage
