Chocoberry London is seeking an exceptional Consultant Pastry Chef to lead dessert innovation and support our next phase of international growth.
Founded in the UK, Chocoberry London has grown into an internationally recognised dessert café brand with 24 operational locations across the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, and Canada. With 17 additional cafés scheduled to open across the UK within the next 10 months, we are accelerating our expansion and investing in the future of our product offering.
As we continue to evolve, we are looking for a creative and commercially minded pastry professional who can help us develop world-class desserts, elevate our menu strategy, and strengthen product consistency across our growing network.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the founders and leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Chocoberry menu by:
• Developing signature desserts, pastries, cakes, chocolates, and seasonal collections
• Leading product innovation, recipe development, and menu engineering
• Creating scalable systems and production standards for multi-site operations
• Identifying emerging global trends and translating them into commercially successful products
• Supporting new store openings, team training, and quality assurance initiatives
• Advising on ingredients, suppliers, equipment, and operational efficiencies
About You
We are interested in speaking with experienced:
• Executive Pastry Chefs
• Corporate Pastry Chefs
• Pastry Consultants
• Product Development & R&D Specialists
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within premium dessert, bakery, café, hospitality, or luxury food brands and possess a strong understanding of both creativity and commercial performance.
International and multi-unit experience will be highly regarded.
