Construction Supervisor (MEP)
We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities on large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) oil & gas projects.

YOUR ROLE
As a Construction Supervisor (MEP), you are tasked in ensuring site execution aligns with project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Supervise all MEP construction activities on-site in compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements
- Ensure execution in line with approved IFC drawings, method statements, and project schedules
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization
- Conduct daily site inspections and progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, standards, and procedures at all times
- Support commissioning and handover activities
- Identify risks, delays, and propose corrective actions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP supervision within EPC projects in oil & gas or industrial sectors
- Proven experience with construction execution, installation, and pre-commissioning
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (API, ASME, IEC, NFPA, etc.)
- Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and HSE protocols
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environment
