Job Description

Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress according to project schedules.

Ensure all works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve on-site issues.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.

Review and approve materials and shop drawings prior to installation.

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Monitor resource utilization including labor, materials, and equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or architecture Engineering

Proven experience in construction site supervision (typically 2–5+ years).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
