What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee and Direct: Take full ownership of civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture on site.
• Strategize and Execute: Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and implement effective construction methodologies.
• Quality and Safety Champion: Uphold the highest standards of quality control and rigorous safety protocols across all project phases.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
