Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Abu Dhabi. The Construction Manager will oversee project planning and execution, manage construction teams, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintain quality control throughout all phases of the project. They will collaborate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each project. Additionally, they will address any on-site issues to maintain workflow efficiency and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, construction planning, and resource management
• Skilled in team leadership, communication, and collaboration
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Experience working with architects and consultants on complex architectural designs
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience managing high-end or large-scale construction projects is a plus
