The Function Purpose
Govern the compliance functions of Capital Bank Group and execute compliance programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain an Issue Log for the compliance group covering regulatory notes, internal audit findings, and remediation plans.
- Issue periodic reports on the progress of remediation plans including slipped activities.
- Ensure that all the function’s policies and procedures at the bank and its subsidiaries are logged onto the system and monitored regularly.
- Conduct annual update on the risk-based approach (RBA) methodology.
- Conduct the annual financial crime risk assessment in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
- Complete the CRS and FATCA reporting requirements.
