Community management advisor Full Time

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Family Management Advisor to support the growth and success of Families within our live streaming platform. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with Family Leaders, provide operational support, resolve issues efficiently, organize engaging family activities, and leverage data analysis to drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and maintain relationships with Family Leaders and key family members on the platform.

•Act as the primary point of contact for family-related inquiries, concerns, and operational issues.

•Identify, investigate, and resolve family management challenges in a timely and professional manner.

•Monitor family performance and engagement metrics, providing actionable recommendations for growth.

•Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports using Excel and internal analytics tools.

•Design, coordinate, and execute family-focused events, competitions and engagement activities.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of family programs and initiatives.

•Track event performance and provide post-event analysis and improvement plans.

•Gather feedback from Family Leaders and translate insights into operational improvements.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above; experience in live streaming, social media, or internet event operations is preferred

•Ability to build relationships and effectively manage Family Leaders and communities.

•Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

•Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to create reports, analyze data, and use tools such as Pivot Tables and lookup functions.

•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

•Experience in planning and executing online events, campaigns, or community engagement activities.
