Your Responsibilities
Content Publishing
* Schedule and publish content across social media
platforms
* Ensure content is posted consistently and on time
* Help organize content calendars
* Repurpose content when needed
Community Engagement
* Respond to comments and
messages
* Engage with people who like, comment, or interact with our content
* Build relationships with community members
* Maintain a positive and professional brand presence
Outreach & Relationship Building
* Start conversations with engaged
followers
* Ask thoughtful questions to understand their challenges and goals
* Share relevant videos, articles, and resources
* Follow up with prospects and leads
* Nurture relationships over time
Webinar & Event Promotion
* Invite qualified prospects to webinars and mast
erclasses
* Follow up with registrants
* Help increase attendance and engagement
* Support promotional campaigns for upcoming offers
Lead Management
* Track conversations and f
ollow-ups
* Update CRM and tracking systems
* Identify qualified opportunities
* Escalate promising leads when appropriate

Working Hours
This is a remote position.
We are especially interested in applicants from:

* United Arab Emirates (Dubai)
* Other locations with the ability to work Eastern Time hours
Important
You must be available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
A minimum daily overlap with Eastern Time is required to ensure real-time engagement with our audience and prospects.

Compensation
Starting Position
* Approximately 10 hours per week
* Fully remote
* Flexible schedule within Eastern Time availability requirements
Compensation Package
* Starting compensation: $200 CAD per month
* Performance-based bonuses
* Commission opportunities on sales generated through your efforts
* Regular opportunities for compensation increases based on performance
Growth Path
This role is designed to grow with the company.
The right person may quickly expand to:
* 20 hours per week
* 30+ hours per week
