Community Application Support Executive. Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the community application.
• Review and process rental requests and related documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, tenants, and internal departments regarding application requests and inquiries.
• Monitor application performance and report technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Department to resolve system issues and support application enhancements.
• Create and track CRM tickets for system improvements and user requests.
• Maintain data accuracy and update application content as required.
• Provide first-level support to users and assist with troubleshooting.
• Prepare reports and extract system data when needed.
• Coordinate with Community Management, Security, Facility Management, and IT teams.
• Support testing and implementation of new features and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in application administration, customer service, CRM systems, or community management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Work Condtion

• Willingness to travel to North Coast and Ain Sokhna sites when required and stay overnight based on operational needs.
