Communication and Project Coordinator Full Time

Cube 3D is Lebanon’s leading 3D printing company, serving clients ranging from individual creators to factories, medical professionals, and architecture firms. The Role

This is primarily a communication and coordination role. You are the voice of Cube 3D Studios, the person clients hear from first and most. You manage the full flow of conversation from the moment a client reaches out to the moment their project is delivered, and you make sure nothing gets lost in between.

You are also the bridge between the client and our internal production team, making sure both sides are always aligned, informed, and moving forward.

What You Will Do

Own all client communication across WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, and email. Handle conversations with speed, warmth, and professionalism. Understand client needs, gather all necessary information, and route technical questions to the right team member with full context already prepared.

Coordinate actively between clients and the production team. Follow up on every open project, push internally when things are delayed, and proactively update clients before they have to ask. Make sure deadlines are respected and nothing is forgotten.

Prepare sales orders, confirm payments, and manage Shopify orders for our product brands from the moment an order is placed to the moment it ships.

Be the person in the room who makes things happen.

Who You Are

• You communicate exceptionally well in English, written and spoken.
• You have a strong personality and you are not afraid to follow up, push back, or escalate when something is not moving.
• You are organized enough to manage 20 to 30 conversations simultaneously without dropping a single one.
• You are warm with clients and direct with colleagues.
• You can be a fresh graduate, junior, or senior.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
