Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission-Based Sales Representative, based in Doha, Qatar, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting tailored product solutions. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, track sales activities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals. The role requires initiative, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales, business development, and relationship management
• Experience in market research, lead generation, and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales reporting
• Organizational, time management, and self-motivation skills
• Experience in the corporate gifting or merchandise industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
